Modern office/shop center required a touch of cleaning after the wet season.
Our team used sweepers, scrubbers, cold water pressure washers with surface cleaning tools, window vacs, and steamers to carry out the below scope of works:
• Window vac cleaning of glass panels along front walkway both levels
• Window vac cleaning of 1st-floor windows
• Pressure washing of tires workshop front parking area (under roof)
• Pressure washing of back of the house drainage pipes
• Pressure washing of back of the house walkways on both levels
• Pressure washing of car park area
• Scrubbing of tile porch area
• Sweeping of entire concrete slab area
